We are delighted to announce that our Autumn  2025 production will be “The Yeomen of the Guard”.  We will be performing this popular Gilbert & Sullivan opera at The Nomad Theatre from 23rd to 25th October 2025.

“The Yeomen of the Guard”, or “The Merryman and His Maid” is is probably one of Gilbert and Sullivan’s most beloved operas. It takes place at the Tower of London during the reign of Henry VIII and involves strolling players, a nobleman condemned to death, subterfuge and disguise, all under the ever-looming presence of the Tower itself. There is also plenty of humour and beautiful music along the way. Director Eleanor Hegarty, Musical Director Selena Edney and Choreographer Gill Eve, all have a wealth of G&S experience both on and off stage so this production is in safe hands.
